NMR will notify the winning bidder via email before the shipping is charged then Legacy Auctions will charge the credit card on file with Proxibid and items will be shipped after payment is received. NMR will use USPS, UPS or FedEx, whichever is most economical. There will be no hourly charge for wrapping, packing, handling or a ‘per box’ fee, under normal conditions. NMR will ship items for the actual cost of shipping, packing, insurance, signature and a box. NMR will email customer when shipment is ready to go. Legacy Auctions’ agreement with NMR will provide professional shipping for competitive and reasonable rates. Shipping for most items will be provided by NMR, Newberg, OR (503) 538-5555. Buyer must arrange pickup or shipping for furniture or large items. Shipping is only provided for small items – not furniture, especially heavy or furniture sized items. Buyer will be charged twice – once for won items and buyer’s premium, second when Legacy Auctions or Newberg Mail Room has prepared shipping.
